Along that journey, we proudly introduced the idea of the Celebra-cation® — meaningful travel designed to honor life’s milestones, relationships, and moments that matter most.

As we celebrate 30 years on April 1, my heart is filled with gratitude for the incredible clients who have trusted us, returned to us, and shared us with the people they love.

Many of you have referred friends, family members, and colleagues to Travel Concepts over the years — and that trust means more than you know.

To say thank you, we are delighted to introduce our Share the Journey Referral Credit.

Here’s how it works:
When you refer someone special to Travel Concepts, and they book and complete their travel with us, we will thank you with a travel credit toward your future journey — a little nudge toward your own next Celebra-cation®.

*A few simple details:
• Referral credits are issued once the referred guest completes their travel
• Credits apply toward future Travel Concepts bookings
• Eligible travel includes curated vacation packages, select luxury ocean, yacht-style, and river cruises, European and international journeys, and group celebrations
• Credits are not applicable to air-only or stand-alone bookings

This program is not about transactions — it’s about relationships.
It’s about continuing a legacy built on trust, care, and celebrating life well.

Eligibility

  • The referring client must be an existing or past Travel Concepts client.
  • The referred individual(s) must be new to Travel Concepts and not previously booked or actively working with our agency.
  • The referred client must identify the referring client at the time of initial inquiry.

Qualifying Bookings

Referral credits apply only to professionally planned travel experiences arranged and managed by Travel Concepts, including:

  • All-inclusive vacation packages
  • River cruises and luxury ocean cruises
  • European and international custom travel
  • Group travel programs and celebrations

Referral credits do not apply to:

  • Air-only bookings
  • Car rentals, transportation-only services
  • Stand-alone hotels, Airbnb, tours, excursions, travel insurance, or attractions
  • Services not fully managed by Travel Concepts, Inc.

Credit Detail

Issuance of Referral Credit

  • Referral credits are issued after the referred client has booked, completed travel, and returned home.
  • Credits are applied to future Travel Concepts bookings only and may not be applied retroactively.
  • Referral credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash or refunded.

Credit Amount

  • Referral credit amounts are determined by Travel Concepts and may vary based on the type of travel booked.
  • Group referrals (10+ rooms) may qualify for enhanced referral credits at the discretion of Travel Concepts

Redemption

  • Referral credits may be applied toward approved travel components booked through Travel Concepts.
  • Credits must be redeemed within the timeframe specified by Travel Concepts at the time of issuance.
  • Only one referral credit may be applied per booking unless otherwise approved by Travel Concepts.

Additional Conditions

  • Referral credits may not be combined with other promotions or incentives unless expressly stated.
  • Travel Concepts reserves the right to verify eligibility, booking details, and referral tracking prior to issuing credit.
  • Travel Concepts reserves the right to modify, suspend, or conclude the Share the Journey Referral Credit program at any time without prior notice.

Terms & Conditions

The Share the Journey Referral Credit is offered as a gesture of appreciation to existing Travel Concepts clients who refer new clients to our agency.

By viewing our website or making a booking, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions, including all brochures, service agreements, documents, correspondence, our Privacy Policy and the terms and conditions of our suppliers (collectively “Terms and Conditions”) on behalf of yourself (“you”, or “traveler”) and all members of your traveling party (collectively, “travelers”). These terms and conditions form an agreement between you and Travel Concepts, Inc. of Lenexa, Kansas (“Travel Concepts, Inc.,” “we” or “us”). Before making a booking with us, you must ensure you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN WAIVERS OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION, AND VENUE SELECTION AND NOTICE CLAUSES. By asking us to confirm your booking, you are accepting all of the Terms and Conditions laid out herein and acknowledge that you have read the terms of this contract and agree with them.
